Have you experienced challenging LOSS & GRIEF such as losing a loved one, cherished relationship, or a job? Therapy can provide a safe and supportive environment to help you process your feelings and begin to heal.
RELATIONSHIPS can be challenging and sometimes require outside help to navigate. Therapy can help you communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, and work through issues to strengthen your relationship.
Anger is an appropriate, normal, and healthy emotion. Everyone experiences anger. However, ANGER can have negative repercussions when expressed inappropriately. Therapy will provide tested anger management skills that can work wonders when effectively applied in your relationships.

Is a LIFE TRANSITION such as starting a new job, moving to a new locale, or getting married causing you to experience fear and stress? Therapy can help you navigate abrupt and consequential shifts in your life such that you can explore your feelings, learn coping skills, and develop strategies for STRESS MANAGEMENT.
What can I expect during a therapy session?
Therapy is a collaboration and you will be in an active role throughout the course of treatment. Therapy allows a space for you to express your feelings, explore your thoughts, and beliefs on the issues presented. You will be asked questions about your past experiences, family dynamics, relationships, current responsibilities, activities, your symptoms, and how you have been coping. While it is important to be as open as possible to attain resolution and healing during therapy, space is given to express discomfort in answering any questions, should you feel that way. I will help you analyze your thoughts and emotions, geared towards helping you cultivate self-awareness.
How do I log in to my therapy session?
You will receive an email link to join my Doxy.me session. Just click the link and wait for me to greet you. You do not need to download anything.
How frequently would we meet?
Typically, you will start with once a week or once every other week. I have found that this frequency is optimal for attaining meaningful results.
How long will therapy last?
While the exact length of time depends on your needs, therapy will not last indefinitely. My goal as your therapist is to work myself out of a job. 😀
